Mobile App UX/UI for Table Booking & Food Ordering

Services:
Market research, user personas, mobile UX/UI design, user flow optimization
Challenge:
Reserv needed a mobile experience that simplifies table reservations and food ordering while supporting fast decision-making in real-world dining scenarios. The challenge was designing an intuitive interface that works equally well for spontaneous users and planned reservations, without adding friction during peak usage moments.
Approach:
We analyzed existing restaurant booking and food ordering platforms to identify usability gaps, common pain points, and behavioral patterns. Based on this research, we developed user personas representing diners seeking speed, convenience, and clarity. These insights informed the app structure, navigation logic, and feature prioritization.
Solution:
The mobile interface was designed around streamlined user flows, clear visual hierarchy, and minimal interaction steps. Key actions—booking a table, browsing menus, and placing orders—are accessible with intuitive gestures and concise UI elements, ensuring a smooth experience even in time-sensitive situations.
Result:
A user-centric mobile app experience that aligns with modern dining behaviors, reduces friction, and supports fast, confident user actions through thoughtful UX design.
